云栖网：2018年11月7日,三旗通信宣布推出基于Qualcomm®9150C-V2X芯片组解决方案的新型路侧单元(RSU)和车载单元(OBU)智能终端，致力推动中国V2X通信的发展。新终端将配备3GPPRelease14(LTE-V2X)通信技术，旨在为汽车制造商和广泛的汽车生态系统提供下一代产品，以支持汽车安全、自动化驾驶和提高交通效率。

LTE-V2X在全球被也称为C-V2X，其设计与5G新空口技术(5GNR)兼容，并可为其他先进的驾驶员辅助系统(ADAS)传感器，如摄像机头、雷达和激光雷达提供补充。LTE-V2X直接通信模式旨在为汽车提供车对车(V2V)，车对路侧基础设施(V2I)和车对行人(V2P)的低延迟通信，通过在特定的5.9GHzITS频谱运行，无需使用蜂窝网络或成为蜂窝网络用户。LTE-V2X包括两个协议：一种是车、人、路之间的短距离直接通信接口(PC5)，另一种是终端和基站之间的通信接口(Uu)，可实现长距离和更大范围的可靠通信。

全球一级供应商、蜂窝模组制造商、软件解决方案提供商和系统集成商均已表示他们支持从2019年开始在即将推出的量产汽车和路侧单元(RSU)中部署C-V2X技术。
